Should Office timings be flexible or fixed for all employees ?

Flexible office timings would mean employees will be FREE to report in at any point of time and report out from office at any point of time.

Fixed office timings means the conventional style. Employees shall obligatorily report in pre-fixed time and report out from office at a pre-fixed time.
