We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Krishna Janmaasthami.
The day marks the birth of the King of Dwarka. The dark skinned one, it is said was born on the 19TH July 3228 BC, the eighth son of Devaki and Vasudev born through mental transmission of Vasudev into Devaki’s womb.
Krishna, who killed Putana, bested Kaliya, and lifted on his little finger Mount Govardhan to rebel against Indra Dev, is still revered by the people of India.
This day of optimism and team work brings along with it appreciation for “Jugaad”, the can-do spirit of India.
