Don’t
  • Don’t use outlook express
  • Don’t use Microsoft outlook   
  • Don’t access office email from public computers (like Cyber cafe, Friend PC, etc)
  • Don’t visit porn or offence website (incase if anyone is visiting)
  • Don’t insert email ids in source code without using safe emailing encryption.
  • Don’t use internet explorer unless testing.
  • Don’t save passwords on pc.
  • Never allow download of any exe, pif, ser, or any other susceptible file extension from any new or unknown website.
  • Never manually delete temporary internet files.
  • Don’t share files unnecessary
  • Don’t access personal emails, USB, pen drives, or any storage devices, CDs, Floppy in office.
Do’s
  • Get your PC checked thoroughly
  • Use creative web mail for staff.
  • Change passwords on regular basis.
  • Report to system Admin PC running show or uncertain behavior.
  • Report offence websites for blocking to system admin.
  • Use mozilla firefox or maxthon.
  • Update your antivirus software daily.
  • Full scan pc daily.
  • Save passwords in email only.
  • Make software’s required & get then installed with help of system.
  • Have your pop-up blocks on always.
  • Do a security audit of your pc every 15 days.
  • Remove mapped drives (which are not required)
  • Use emails for file transfer then skype.
  • Schedule antivirus and spy ware.
