Solution:

Open the CuteFTP Pro software.
Click on File-->New-->FTP Site.
Enter the Label of the site in the Label Field (Label can be any name)
Enter the IP/Site name in the Host Address field.
If the site is not mapped, you need to use IP Address provided with FTP details.
Enter the FTP User Name in the User Name field.
Enter the FTP Password in the Password field.
Click on Connect.
Upload the files in 'httpdocs' (Linux Hosting) or 'www' (Windows Hosting) folder in the right frame.
Select the file(s) that you wish to upload in the left frame.
Right Click on the files selected and click on Upload.
You will see the progress of files transferring.
