Solution:
Following are the steps to Set Filters to avoid SPAM & Virus Mails:
1. Select the Filter from the Personal account options 2. Select the appropriate field from the options available in the Field listbox 3. Select Contains or doesn't contain depending on your rule to allow or disallow ) 4. Enter the keywords or key phrases that you want to block in the PHRASE textarea. 5. Click on Add Condition 6. The rule that you add will appear in the RULE list. You can add multiple rules by selecting the appropriate condition like AND and OR 7. Select the appropriate action from the actions box. 8. Click on Finish
