Yes, it is possible to cancel a registered a domain. But the terms and conditions for the same may vary from registrar to registrar.

If you have registered a Domain Name through QualiSpace, then you can delete it from your Control Panel within 4 days of Registration. This 4 day period in case of domain names is referred as the Money Back Period. Deleting a Domain Name will immediately stop all services (like the Website and Mails) associated with the Domain Name.

In normal circumstances, you cannot get your money refunded for a cancelled domain. But QualiSpace refunds the full amount of Registration after deducting Rs.50/- as cancellation charges for the domain if it is deleted within the 4 days of registration.
